I'm Emily Madrid, MBA, Founder of Madrid Workforce & Compliance Advisors. Throughout my career, I've led organizations through periods of rapid growth, operational transformation, regulatory change, workforce challenges, compliance audits, leadership transitions, and high-stakes business decisions. My experience extends far beyond traditional Human Resources. I bring executive-level expertise in operations, compliance, organizational development, leadership coaching, workforce strategy, risk management, and business consulting.
